My husband and I moved in around sep. of 2007. We are in a one bedroom and the rent was ok. When I had my daughter we wanted to move and they said it would be an additional $800 on top of our rent to move us. So we stayed in the one bedroom. When we went to sign the lease for an extra year our rent shot up $100! When we asked why they told us it was a percentage thing. The grounds may look nice and clean but looks may be deceiving. Our apt. keeps falling apart, the doors don t stay on the slides, cupboards keep braking, the upstairs neighbor s toilet over flowed and it leaked through the ceiling and they wouldn t fix it. Also I live on the bottom floor and I'm a neat freak! I went to complain about the mold that is everywhere and they just shrug there shoulders and tell me they can t do anything for it and that I should clean more when my house is VERY clean!!!! ALSO.... when we had the big snow last winter they wouldn t plow the hill or the parking lots so everyone that lived there was stuck and couldn t leave, who ever did try and drive up the hill ended hitting someone s car sliding down. The people that use to live above us would sell drugs and were very loud, they had over 20 complaints and they wouldn t kick them out. AND... when ever someone moves out they raise the price for sewer,H2O, and trash so I went from paying about 705 a month for everything to 790 in a year for a ONE BEDROOM CRAPPY APT!!!!! I can go on and on who ever likes this place is out of there mind crazy!!!!

I had a very similar experience with this place. We had baby birds living above our stove! It was disgusting because their nesting material would fall onto the cooking area. When we complained, they kept putting us off saying they were waiting for a part. We lived there for 14 months and they never did anything about it. We had to hang a garbage bag above the stove and seal it with heavy duty tape. This place was the worst place I have ever lived! We moved as soon as our lease was up!
