Years at this apartment: 2007 - 2009
My boyfriend and I have lived here since 2007, just prior to the new management. I have to say that the new management is by far better than the last. There was a reasonable increase in our rent, unfortunately water sewer and garbage went up, but that is not managements fault. I have had barely any issues with my apartment, but when i did have an issue, they took care of it right away. I have recommended several people to live here and they are happy with the apartments as much as my boyfriend and I. I have to laugh when I read all the negative reviews because it makes me think that they are making a bigger deal than what it really is! GET OVER YOURSELF!
