We have been waiting for almost a year to move in here! The manager doesn't like young people to live here, he will tell you that they have no vacancies when they actually do. And they may or may not tell you that they do/don't have a waiting list. I was on it for six months to later find out that after a few months, they just throw it away, without calling anyone! Other than that, this place is heaven. It is silent outside, in a woodsy area, you have a large front and back porch, the apartment itself is huge! A giant laundry room with shelving, a great kitchen with a dining area, and a living room. A wide hallway for both the decent sized bedrooms, and a large bathroom with a built in closet for storing towels and random stuff. There are also two large closets in the hallway, one with great, sturdy shelving.

I recommend this place to EVERYONE!

how would you suggest a way to get through to the manager to maybe help him see past the being young part. im 20 and my husbands 24 is that what theyd consider young?

East Hill has a new manager, I find the new manager to be much more likely to rent to young people if they are responsible and respectable toward others feelings and if they are not bothering other tenants.
