I would not reccomend East Hill to anyone under the age of 40. The landlord is biased against young people, which makes it a hassle to get an apartment. Not only is she rude but she doesnt want to deal with any problems that might arise with your appartment. The apartment itself is nice, not to big, and maintence was not a problem. The only problem with living at East Hill is the landlord charolette. My experience with her has left me livid and unable to find a new apartment because she just does NOT like me whatsoever. Its absolutley unfair. Stay as far away from these apartments as you can. Some of her whench might rub off on you.
