Holly Terrace Apartments are a great value. I have a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment with dining room, dishwasher, garbage disposal, small patio with storage shed, and free enhanced basic cable for $625 a month and the security deposit was only $200. The managers are very friendly and the complex is quiet. Parking is ample. The on-site laundry facilities are only $1 per wash and $1 per dry. I have lived there for 9 months and have no plans of moving out in the foreseeable future.
