This apartment community is quiet but the management does NOT take care of issues. Then when you move out they do NOT charge you for damage they charge you a standard price. $700 to paint an apartment that wasn't freshly painted when we moved in. $155 to lean the carpets when they were not clean when we moved in. In the year I lived there, they always had the maintenance man clean the carpets instead of a company, and he never cleaned the apartment very well. When we moved in the place was trashed. I cleaned the apartment and took pics. Then worst of all they told our new prospected landlord that we trashed their apartment when we did not and I have the proof. If I do not get my new place, I will see Chad and Marjerie in court. aLKeoXpj3s4OSgrp1trb
