fairly nice apartment that was the best value I could find. Units are very clean and seem new. The colors are neutral/tan and white and updated look. There are very few children here and even though there is a playground, I have seen no children at all. The manager is very nice. The parking very good, and garages available for $100 extra. The worse thing about this place is driving past Walmarts dumpsters to get here, although I think it helps make this very private and quiet. Also, I would not suggest mnoving here if you rent a downstairs unit. The floors are very thin and the whole place shakes when someone walks upstairs. If you have someone like I did upstairs who gets up at 4am for work, it can make your life a nightmare. Also the laudry is in each unit, but if the person upstairs uses it at odd hours, it makes for ALOT of terrible noise. Units are great, floor construction very very POOR. NO GYM, or pool. No frills here.
