These are nice apartments the duplexs are ok, there is lots of noisy people living here like music and parties, we had an ant problum in summer for a while with suger ants and people next door really bad. I had a clothes washer break, it took a month for them to get me a new one even when I checked up every week. Even after living in 4 diffrent apartments throughout bremerton and port orchard I dont recommend these unless you cant afford a better place.
