Wouldn't go there unless owners change

Years at this apartment: 2000 - 2001
The manager is never available to speak with anyone unless you just walk back to her office, I was always handed off to one of the leasing agents. Although very friendly they weren't who I wanted to talk to.
Maintence staff was not well trained and often unprofessional.
Lighting sucked in the parking areas.
Mold, I have never seen so much in an apartment setting in my life. I had a friend who lived in a one bedroom at Mariners Glen and you could smell the mold it was that bad.
If you do decide to move there, make sure the replace the carpet before you move in or request an apartment with newly installed carpet. Ask for proof that the carpet was recently replaced. When you do the "walk through" have them mark down every little detail of the apartment. If the texture of the wall is different, mark it down. If there is a chip on the stove, mark it down. Look at every nook and cranny. If you live there less than two years, don't use the fireplace... it will discolor your walls and you'll end up having to pay for a paint job.
When you move out make sure you leave nothing unturned, have a copy of you move in sheet with you.
