I have lived here since 2000. I must admit that at first I loved my apartment, liked the office, but couldn't stand the company that ran the apartments. I had a few problems in the begining with neighbors, getting work requests completed. They had this guy that worked for them, anybody who knew this particular person knows exactly who I am talking about FLOYD! I think he was the maintenance supervisor, anyways, he was always rude, made us feel that anything that went wrong was always because of our wrong doing, and couldn't fix anything correct. I complained about him so many times, the office people would send different maintenance people to my rescue and my problems were solved. My old neighbors were awful, luckly after reporting this to the office manager, these neighbors no longer existed after two months. Then finally the company that owned the property sold it, to a company out of California. Boy did we have our doubts.

Yet, here I am four years later and as happy as can be. The new company put money into this place and it is incrediable to see the changes, they were so overdue.

As I have read several other opinions I think that they are either before the new company took over, or people are just stupid with petty complaints. I have had no problems with any person in the office, any problems with the current maintenance guys, and really like what this place has become. I would recommend this place to any friend or family member for that matter.

I should hope that the people in the office, maintenance and the ones from California read this and know what a great job you have done and continue to do.....KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK YOU ALL!!!!!!!
