Need better staff

I have never been impressed with the office staff. I filed complaints on loud neighbors, illegal parking, and etc. asked them to call me back and never got a return call. My girlfriend and I were accused twice of parking in wrong spots and they came to our apartment, but couldn't answer a complaint filed by us. Plus they "pro rate" the first month. So your 6 month lease just became a 7 month lease and they all to happy to point that out at the end of the lease vice the beginning of the lease.
