I've been at Mariner's Glen for over 5 years, and the only complaint I have is the placing of smoking resident, downstairs or next door to smokers.
During the summer months when it's hot, and windows are open, The smell of smoke fills the ajoining apartments.
Also, the indoor pool area seems to be closed more often than open.
I have had good experiences with maintenance crews coming in a timely manner, except for the times when they enter the wrong apartments unannounced...Oops!
I enjoy the staff & they are friendly. I would recommend to friends...
