Let me begin by saying that my experience as far as the office was always pleasant.... Amy and Bobbi do their job to the best of their ability I'm sure.

However,The management company is not taking care of the place. please think twice especially if you are moving from out of state and cannot view the apts in person. We were so disappointed.
Indoors my constant concern was the mold, the mildew building up in the aged appliances.The waterleft a slimy film on everything , lighting was poor and
there was no vents for air circulation. We all had nausea and headaches more than ever before.And then outdoors you got to watch for the poop and the fleas....just couldn't get comfortable anywhere.Called the place a cave, not a home.

And in the end:
YOU WILL BE CHARGED FOR EVERYTHING,not talking about damage here, but DUST on blinds and such. Brandi was not professional during the walk thru either... do not want to get into details.... SO, just don't expect to see much of your deposit.

Bottom line, glad to be far, far away. Just wanted to warn folks. If your health matters and you want a clean place to live, this is not for you.

AMEN to the last part of what you said, however when I brought all my concerns to management I was treated very poorly and with a " No big deal attitude" and sorry when I give someone business of excess of $10000.00 a yr I expect DAMN good service, I expect people to bend over backwards, I mean honestly I can live somewhere else, And I did too, I moved just recently and I am just so glad I am out of that Hell HOle! And you are right, they take all your money, I am not surprised. But when they start having lawsuits and getting fined they will wake up! And please dont think I am a horrible person, I am actually a sweet person and I will put up with so much to a point, but when you screw me one to many times, the claws come out.
