I cant begin to list the bull ---- that gos on here the list gos on and on for the second time we got scamed into singing a much longer lease agreement than we had agreed to our first agreement was for 6 months that magicly turned into an 8 mounth lease within the first week our washing machine broke and it took 6 MONTHS!!!! to get it replaced there are many health violations and things that go against there police that we have brought to there attention they always say theyll get right on it and never do like I said the list gos on but Im not even gonna waist my time on this worthless ---- hole I would tell anybody thinking of moving here to think twice!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!111

AMEN, We lived there in that HOLE almost three years, my kids got hurt and they said it wasnt their problem after PROMISING to take care of the doctor bills because of THEIR neglegence.

Hello to all, I would like to take a moment to once again introduce myself, I am Amy Brainin, the property manager of Mariners Glen.
I wanted to comment on the above review.
Unfortunately, most of my unpleasant reveiws come from anonymous sources, which do not allow me the opportunity to personally resolve the complaint.
I do understand that people can become frustrated with issues in their home. I do have a wonderful maintenance staff that addresses most issues that can arise. In the above review without knowing the specifics I can say that from time to time appliance parts will take extended periods of time to arrive, as they come from the manufactor. Some situations allow us to continue the use of an appliance while waiting on the part, as I do believe happened in the above review. I am always more than happy to replace appliances that are in fact broken and do not operate.
As for health violations or serious police activities..these too are situations that my office is unaware of, and I do not feel to be true.
My intention of this response is to not accuse, or dismiss my unhappy residents feelings and thoughts, I just simply would like to point out, that there are always two sides to every story.
I also invite everyone of my residents, past, present or future to please bring your complaints, concerns or questions to me. I can not resolve and work with you, should I not be aware of your concerns. I do truly want everyone to enjoy this community as much as I do.
As for the response, we take pride in keeping this community safe for our young residents. Working together with parents we have been able to keep this community that way.
