I have lived at Mariners Glen going on four years now. I have nothing but praise for their staff. I had a washer that needed to be replaced it was taken care of the following day. I had mold in my bathroom behind the toilet and bedroom closet, when the maintenence man came to investigate he sprayed and cleaned up the mold and asked me if I was using my fan in my bathroom everytime I showered; I had to confess that I was not using it. He educated me on the ventilation and that the reason i had mold in my closet was from my massage table leaning up on the wall trapped the moisture there. I also have great conversations with the ladies in the office they always great me with a smile and stop to chat. I know some residents that have had what they felt as unreasonable conditions and responses but really I have lived in apartments my whole life and this is the best place so far and thats why i havent moved.I did read through all of these reviews my curiosity got the best of me and the complaints are about things that if you were a homeowner you would be forking out alot of money to repair people that work on their own times that you have to make appointments with and if they screw up they bill you again to fix.Living here they have their own crew and you still only pay the rent once a month not the costs of the repairs!I am a happy resident!
