I wrote a review before moving in to say WHY we ended up choosing Mariners Glen as our new home and wanted to update now that we have been here for a bit. There aren't words to describe how thrilled we are with the decision to move into these apartments. We have met a couple of the maintenance crew and they are professional, quick to respond and extremely efficient and knowledgeable. The community is so friendly and everyone is quick with a wave or smile as you make your way around the complex. There is plenty of parking for my guests and it is absolutely SILENT at night. We were also highly amused and impressed with their "tenant appreciation week" in which there were little perks each day of the week such as the staff gathering your trash one day, donuts and coffee one day and even a dessert night. This week they have a BINGO game and my kids love the play areas!
I always go through and clean an apartment before we settle in, out of my own OCD I suppose. I was also impressed that underneath the appliances was spotless, (which for the record is RARE)the garage had been pressure washed and even the walkways swept and cleaned. Every inch was already VERY clean when we moved in and it was so refreshing and made moving in that much easier.
I can't say enough nice things about the staff. They obviously love their jobs and do them well and deserve kudos from higher management for creating a beautiful community. We are settling in for quite some time and are really quite thrilled to be here!

They havent lived there long enough to see what the staff and MANAGER WONT do for them and how NASTY they can be, ASK the neighbors...

We did speak to the neighbors! Everyone we encountered were very happy and we have friends that live there as well and love it! You can't make everyone happy all of the time, but so far everyone we have spoken to is extremely happy.

Hehehe - you have one of the apartments with a garage. I'm curious which one it is. I know of one that would make you sick to your stomach if you knew what maintenance did in there to "patch up" the mess the previous tenants left behind
