We lived here for a year and it was wonderful! Than new owners bought it out, jacked up the rent, made me move my boat from the parking space I paid for every month, and than when we vacated on the 14th month only gave me back a very small deposit. The management was very arragant, and talked to me like I was a punk teenager not a married mother of 2. Mantainence was very slow, and still never fixed most of problems upon vacating. They used cardboard to try and minimize my laundry doors from falling off, which fell once on my daughter.
