the management company there is horrible!

I lived there for 4 years. Some of the neighbors were loud and inconsiderate during the evenings and early morning. They raised my rent from $750.00 a month to almost $1100.00 along with many other section 8 renters in 2007. The parking sucks. Every renter should have a designated paking spot. Their staff is over worked and under paid! Cambridge Management is a terrible management company. Avoid renting any property that they manage. A good management company takes pride in the property and respect their renters and staff.
