The manager has no skills when it comes to dealing with tenants. She and the assistant are very rude and do not deal with complaints properly if at all. The maintenance staff seems nice but I haven't had to have many maintenance calls. They seem to have a very high turnover with the office staff. When they have had someone who was good, the manager either fired them or they quit. The apartments themselves are ok and the price is decent but I would not recommend living here with the management as it is. Get rid of the manager-give it a try.
