I lived there for over ten years and was actually pretty happy till the last managment change. For the first time I felt that the managment didn't care at all about the tenants. I had to fight for everything I asked for until I just got too tired of the pleading and fighting. My rent started getting raised $25. every year for the past three years and I finally realized that it was time for me to move.

Ihavent lived at these apartments for that long,but long enough to know and agree with you about the manager.She lacks genuine concern and empathy for people who really need it.Especially for the tenants who rarely been late paying rent,and have caused no problems. I would rather someone be straight up than a two-faced phony with a fake laugh who could care less about you. and sadly enough there are certain people outside of this organization and part of other organizations that share these same opinions. What I cant understand is why she is allowed to mistreat people like she does and maintain her current position. She lacks professional ethics in the workplace and makes living and have to deal with her intolerable.
