I enjoyed my stay at Orchard on the Green. Any maintenance concerns were handled efficiently, every staff member I encountered was pleasant. Towards my move out I needed an extension at last minute, It was granted without issue. I had a problem neighbor, the staff was very understanding and handled my concerns with fairness and respect. The office staff always had a smile and I found the Manager to be very friendly. The grounds were kept up and for the price I felt like my apartment was in good condition. The move out fees were more then fair. If I was to ever move back to this area, I would certainly consider moving back into this apartment complex. The only drawback was not having a washer and dryer in the apartment.
