My Husband and I currently live at Orchard On The Green Apartment and I must say I am very dissatisfied. The only reason I am still living here is due to the fact that I can not afford anything else. There are many issues with the property but I have much to say about the managment. Arlene is an assistant manager on the property. She is very inconsistant and rude. She charges people for things that she doesnt even warn them about. Such as 75 dollar late fees and 100 dollar pet fees for pets that dont even exist.If your on a botom floor apartment thereis a huge chance that you will get fleas with out having a flea bearing animal. You will be charged as though you do.On top of other things wrong if you by any chance irritate or bother Arlene she will continue to charge people. I have been on time with my rent every month, but was still charged late fees. I have done nothing wrong and feel that I was discriminated agaisnt. Sometimes when people complain it is legit and not just because they did something wrong on the property. I do not and would never reccommed this apartment complex to anyone. Thank you
