While I lived there (about 6 months)with my fiance and roomate, there wasn't that much parking, which wasn't great for me since I work 3am-11:30 shifts, and would have to walk across the parking lot while it was dark, which is quite scary. And if someone was having a party or get-together, I'd end up parking on the par end of the apt's, on the street that I don't even live on! I also heard a lot of noise, the people below me would scream and cry in the middle of the night, and it sounded like someone was being abused and I ended up calling the cops. The trashcan outside get's full quickly, so be cautious with that. Also, it seems almost 70-ish inside, and the kitchen is rather small. The staff was VERY kind and if we had a problem with something or someone, they would quickly take care of it. The rent wasn't that bad, especially if you have a roomate. It was a great first apartment, and I would suggest it if you aren't too picky.
