Orchard Pointe has been home for me for 4 years and cann't imagine living anywhere eles. The office personal are so sweet and so carring, they are truely genuine. Maintenence is quick on doing work orders but a little short with you, he hangs out in the office like he's the boss. I really love the holiday decorations and the monthly parties. The grounds and landscapping are verrrry clean and well maintained. I will continue living here untill the Shipyard moves ;o) ...
