My wife and I resided at Orchard Pointe Apartments in Port Orchard, WA. On 8/13/2007 my wife noticed water being dumped on our patio from the apartment above us. Knowing that we had heard a large dog barking the previous weekend, she asked the upstairs neighbor if that was dog urine he was rinsing down on our patio and barbeque grill. His reply was it is not, however when my wife went out on the patio the smell of urine was very strong and dog feces was visible on our grill and patio. My wife immediately contacted the apartment office and spoke with the manager to make her aware of our situation and rectify it for the future. She then spent the next few hours cleaning and disinfecting the mess that had been created. On 8/16/2007 I again heard the large dog barking and went to the patio to find once more urine all over our patio and barbeque grill. Note picture taken 8/16/2007. This is an area of our apartment we use to enjoy the outdoors and prepare food! The current situation is completely unacceptable and needs to be corrected immediately. I am registering this complaint formally to Orchard Pointe Apartments and request this unsanitary situation be corrected immediately or dismiss our lease.WE HAD OUR VEHICLE BROKEN INTO.....
We had drunks banging on door at all hours...There is a gang of kids gathering often...
Before you rent read lease
carefully.. We moved 6 months early and they soaked us for 3000.00...Also... Check out their dumpsters...The front is generally emptied.. The back is ALWAYS overflowing to the point of being a health hazzard...
The manager has been seen well before business hours dumping her personal garbage from home...
We lived there 6 months and turned in numerous work orders...One was filled..Only
because, we had to literally stop the maintenance man outside..
Don't let them fool you on the water either..It is alittle over 50.00 a month.. The water company is in Texas...Go figure...I can just surmise they are deviding all their water..including pool ...Just a guess..Our last apts. we were living at for eight years...We came to Pointe Orchard and 8 days was way to many...
