the apartments sizes are very reasonable for the price. site is close to PSNS. reserved parking for one car (more than one car gets tricky). administrative staff is friendly, knowledgeable and helpful in every way. The maintenance staff is fast and efficient at fixing any infrequent problems. i have had several neighbors, none of which were loud. occasionally during the summer, children will play outside during the day and make noise (but they are kids, so get over it). i only wish that there was a no dogs policy, because some owners refuse to clean up after their pets. i have never used the pool, hot tub, community area, gym or tanning machines; but they have all that here.
