A year of heck!! The 2 full time girls, are more into themselves than the apartments, and are totally clueless! The 2bed 2bath is very small, we had to downgrade our furniture and TV to make it fit in living room. Masterbedroom is a decent size, but it faces the parking lot, so you get lovely headlights waking you up! The masterbath was mold/mildew filled, which never got fixed after numerous request. I just spoke to another couple who moved out of there, and bath was worse than mine, at move out they were told that the bath had to be "cut into to get it uner control" of course they called all the time too, and nothing was ever done( I'm sure next person will have same problem). Maintence team had a new person all the time, and most of them didn't knoew what the heck they were doing! Kitchen has a dishwasher, (very old) garbage disposal, and electric stove. My biggest concern was the noise, it seems as if they are allowing anyone to move in now! The courtyard has become a area of party of college kids, instead of young kids. Walls are paper thin, I could hear people below and above me....dogs are allowed and you hear them regardless if you gotta or not! This was the worst year of my life, and I will never move back! At move out you discover they take $200 OUT FOR CLEANING!!!!!! I moved in and it wasn't $200 worth of clean, the carpet was actually coming up when vaccuming!
LOOK ELSEWHERE, unles you want to pay for a nice looking landscaped building and that's all!
