For the price it should be nice! Fairly quiet, partly because they seem to have a lot of vacancies due to the high rent. I did like the mini washer/dryer and the security doors. I found the maintanence crew really good, always was right there if I called. The manager and assistant are not friendly or interested in tennet concerns. They close early, take long lunches and give you attitude if you even come in the office. Overall, I'd say I would have looked around a bit before signing.
