I have lived here for just over a year and am sorry to leave. I am moving to Oregon and hope to find a staff as helpful as this one. I put in a problem when our washer broke (turns out the motor burned up) and they came and fixed it the very next day. The staff has always been more than happy to attend to a problem and when you drop off rent they seem to really care how things are going... Not just another business transaction. Our parking stall has never had anyone use it but us and there is also usually parking infront of our building. The layout with rooms on oposing ends of the apartment are what sets it above all others in the area. They might be a little (and i do mean little) more expensive than others in the area but it is well worth the extra 20-50 bucks.
