i have lived at this complex for a year now and i am amazed. The parking is first come first serve and coming from a place that had reserved spots, that was music to my ears. the parking lots are well lit and pretty secure. my guests had room to park when they visited and we didn't have to worry about their vehicle being towed. The apartments have controlled entry which is also a huge plus for security. i've had issues with noise from a neighbor and informed management and that was all it took. Management/staff is very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful. they always returned phone calls and handled maintenance issues the same day and then some. the grounds are beautiful and upkeep is constant and offer services other apartments may not. the location is perfect and is a lovely walk away from downtown Poulsbo. Hwy305 is down the way and equal distance to Kingston and Bainbridge ferry's. i would highly recommend this complex to anyone who asked for a suggestion.
