My husband, son and I have lived at Liberty Ridge for about 2 years now, and we're pretty happy overall.
Cons:
Our apartment is pretty drafty, a few things need to be fixed, there are a couple floor boards that are squeaky, neighbors can be pretty loud, and the parking SUCKS (too many cars, too few spaces...get home before 6 and you might get a spot that isn't in the overflow area).
Pros:
Great management and maintenance team, free tanning, gym, sauna, pool, hot tub, access to a lodge where you can hold parties, controlled access entryways, cute playground, basketball court, and very good upkeep of the property (regular landscaping; also, they pressure washed all the decks/patios last summer).
The pros definitely outweigh the cons. So overall, if you have to live in an apartment, this place is great! Much, MUCH better than other Poulsbo apartment complexes. P0MtU6TIdDkM23RTonAS
