Apartments are very nice. Quiet and some are bay view. They are having trouble getting managers here so they are willing to hire just anyone at what every rules they want. The current manager is a little cold unless you say something that pushes a button and she will go off on you. If you keep to yourself and don t mind nosey neighbors these are great. Inspections anywhere from 4-8 times a year and are random with 48 hours notice. Being on the water there are a lot of flying insects that are small enough to get through the screens and indoor/outdoor vents which we are told to keep open to reduce mold(which cannot be gotten rid of). Health inspector inspected the mold in my apartment and by only looking at it said it wasn t toxic.(unless you have an allergy). It does have baseboard heating and I would recommend turning off the breaker to them and using a portable heater. Either way you have to have everything away from them at least 13 inches or can get written up, which leaves little space left. If you have no choice to live in apartment life this is the place.
