good first apartment

Woodcreek apartments are a good starting place. They are low income apartments, rent based on your income. Neighbors are nice people. Plenty of kids playing around.
Two story townhouse like setting. Only laundry facilities available with new machines. Place needs help with up keep, but it is low income and better than apartments next door!
