Noise This is an old apartment complex so the walls and floors were cheaply built with no soundproofing. The people that run the place live on site and are very nice and easy to deal with. Bottom floor units face the parking so you will have headlights in your bedroom. Over all I would not

I have lived in these apartments for almost three years. Before that i was at the woodcreek apartments and i must say in comparison winton woods is far more classy. At woodcreek I didnt have a dishwasher or a washer/dryer and was paying much more. These apartments are much cleaner and well kept

i have lived in this complex for several years. it is a great place to live and raise your family. it is mostly a family complex with plenty of kids.i have always been treated with respect by all of its management team.any time i have had any kind of maintenance issues they have been dealt with
