The apartments are clean and nice for a single person. The management staff are friendly and maintenance requests are completed in a timely manner. My only complaints are that the landscape is not well kept and that you can hear your neighbors occasionally because the floors are thin. Don't expect to get more than 70% of your deposit back, even if you leave the apartment spotless.

WALLS are EXTREMELY THIN! i lived here for one year after i lived in the dorms and they were so thin i could hear every single thing the people upstairs were doing/saying. I could even hear CONVERSATIONS that they're having with other people. I lived there before the new construction started, but it did look a bit horrible when i drove by the last time i was down in pullman. I got half of my deposit back, but my roomate got none. Weird. And i hated how we had to pay for the washer/dryers. that was ridiculous.
