Ex boyfriend told me after i moved out that he saw a ghost in my apartment. I can't handle ghosts so he told me after i moved out. Also, I agree on the noise complaint. I always heard my upstairs neighbors having sex and even heard their conversations. Parking sucks unless you purchase a stall or live at the very beginning of the complex by the office where there's extra parking stalls for future residents.
