The apartment is clean and the staffs are pretty friendly. The walls and floors are very thin though so I'd say you'll either like this apartment or hate it depending on what type of neighbors you have. My unit was on the first floor and I had a girl living upstairs. We both were very quiet and had no noise complaint at all although I could sometimes hear her listening to radio early in the morning during weekends. Most apartment buildings are close to the bus stops. The complex is a bit far away from the campus (takes about 25-35 minutes to the CUB by walk) but close to the Rec Center. I would highly recommend this apartment complex but definitely watch out for loud neighbors.
