Loud, dog ---- everywhere, bad apt

I lived here for a year and can't wait to move out.
For summer it was super hot no AC, if you want to install one they ask you for deposite.
For winter, the yard were so icey, me and my roomates slipped so many times. then we call the staff to clean the ice, but no one came. And dog wastes are everywhere, no one clean them up ever! People burst their music so loud, even in 3 a.m. during weekdays.
I lost my clothing in the Laundry room.
It's a horrible place to live.
