No one should even consider living here. I hope people will look through any reviews of Campus Commons because they are all the same; it is terrible. Maintenance takes a minimum of at least 2 months if it ever gets done. All the staff are extremely rude and unhelpful. If you live at Campus Commons there is an extremely high chance of them screwing you on something, they try to take advantage of college students who will not fight against the allegations.

Do NOT live here!

SO TRUE!!!! I live in these apartments. Don't be fooled by the nice exterior. These apartments are an awful place to live. The management is soooooo rude! In the summer when we had family staying with us our air conditioner was not working. We complained and they could not be bothered to fix it. They told us to get a fan! My little brother had trouble sleeping at night because it was so hot. Not only that they randomly stick notices to your door with outrageous charges and you have no idea where they came from or what they are for. I swear we've paid hundreds of dollars to them for absolutely nothing. They might have a nice move in deal which seems worth it... but it's not when they charge you $227 per person for being one day late on your rent!!! Not even kidding, one day late. In short they are crooks who take advantage of hard working college kids trying to get by. I hope that before anyone moves into any apartments owned by Campus Commons they'll read this. I wish I had.
