The construction is shoddy and the grounds are dirty. The "free high speed internet" is a single 12 Mbps connection shared with all the residents. It is a little faster than dial up most of the time. On bad days it is unusable. The late rent fee is $75. The rent isn't bad but then again you can get a better place for the same price somewhere else.
