Campus Commons prides itself on providing great customer service. Periodically we run special promotions and offers for new leases. For current residents, we offer monthly promotions, contests and giveaways, which we encourage all residents to participate in. The coupon in question specifically indicates that it must be presented at the time of lease signing. This coupon can be found in the Student Survival Kit! Campus commons would like to extend a big "Welcome Home!" to all those looking for the perfect home. Want more? When you move in, your first night's dinner is FREE- on us! Call 509.332-6814 today!

trust me... Campus commons lies. They do NOT pride themselves on customer service. I do contract work for them at times and have personally hear them belittle people in the office via voice tone, language at times, and sarcastic comments. What other apartment needs to provide free dinner in order to get someones attention. My assumption is that is probably a lie too

Campus Commons has, for the past decade at least, used the fact that they are located in a college town to their advantage. They know that they are usually renting to first time renters who are not fully aware of their rights as tenants. They take advantage of this on a consistent basis. They also use very illegal and ethically wrong business tactics. There have been times were they have "misplaced" rent checks and then charged tenants late fees or as they like to call it "the appropriate rate per sq ft". If you look closely at the lease agreement they outline that they can and will do this. Be very careful around these crooks. They will stop at nothing to swindle people out of money.
