I spent hours researching apartments before I found KIP Development. They have the nicest apartments around. If you have any problems they go out of their way to make sure everything is taken care of. They own all of their own properties and it shows. These apartments have a playground area and a picnic area, nice and quiet. Also, on their website (www.kipdev.com) you can place service requests and they are usually there the same day to fix it.
