I lived at Clark Terrace for 3 years while finishing my degree in microbiology at WSU. These apartments were absolutely wonderful. My first year of school I lived in the dorms (enough said). My second year I lived in an apartment on campus. From these experiences I feel qualified enough to tell you to go with Clark Terrace. If you are looking for a no hassle, headache free place to live, this is the place for you.
