It was a nice place to live, but poorly managed. They changed hands 4 times. We were frequently having to take our checks to new places. They lost record of our last months rent and then wanted us to prove that we paid them. They posted a notice on our door that we were delinquent in rent (we weren't) and then were unreachable for 2 days in the middle of the week. When we moved out (because the rent kept going up) we did a walk through with the managers and they signed off on us saying everything was fine. Later, we got $45 deducted from our deposit.
