I've lived in a variety of places in the area and don't really recommend this complex, especially to undergrads or younger students. It's an older complex in the middle of a slight intersection, so the entire grounds consist of an old parking lot. Nothing pretty to look out on. The unit I had was on the top floor facing east, and during the summers it was absolutely HORRIBLE. Unless you plan to buy yourself an air conditioner, don't rent here at least during the summer. The windows don't really accomodate an air conditioner well either since they are side sliding. The units are kind of older and not in fantastic shape. They are all 1 bedrooms (I believe) with lots of closet space, but a teeny kitchen and not so big living area. They don't have a dishwasher and the laundry machines are on the first floor. They are coin-operated and while they were never broken down in the 1 1/2 years I lived there, they often left orangish stains on my white clothes and linens. Maintenance concerns were sometimes fixed promptly, other times not. Overall I don't really like the staff here. They just don't seem like the nicest people, especially the upper management. There are a lot of nice places in the area for similar rent. I would recommend taking a while to search for the right place in the area, as you can definately find better than this place.
Also, whatever you do, DON'T rent their furniture. It's beyond ghetto. I rented a nasty sofa and a beat up kitchen table set for a total of $125 over 5 months and it was a horrible waste of money. The table set was made out of that metal tubed piping and the chairs didn't have the caps on the end of the tubes--I cut myself on them twice and still they refused to take them back or replace them.
