Hey I agree with all these claims that this place is a ghetto. Now the Ghetto has an arsonist so there are signs everywhere. I think there's been eight cars torched in the parking lot and oh yeah a motorcycle. They told me I had to remove my torched vehicle immediately or be evicted. My girlfriend stayed home all day to find a tow company that could do it and bill me later. Our professor told us later that we really had Fifteen days according to my lease. Hey they can't fix a leaking pipe, they can let everyone's dogs crap all over, they have like 2 million stray cats here, but if you're victimized---suddenly there is a rule---a rule that wasn't even on your lease. Our professor told us to take the place to court and we have 3 years to do it. We are moving out of this dump and across the street to Campus Commons. Yeah it will be a few dollars more but they don't have an arsonist, but they do have a real on site manager wh actually takes care of the place and let's you know when the water is going to be turned off or when you can't flush your toilet. Oh yeah don't complain here either cause they really don't care and their toothless workers will do more damage than good. My girlfriend is really afraid of these creeps cause they say obscene things when their in our place. Pay a few dollars more or rent from a private party. Burned out in Pullman.
