I lived in NCH for over a year. I'm so glad to no longer live there. You have to continuously annoy the maintenance crew to get things done. The landscaping is horrible. Every couple months I had cut bushes in front of my place so I could get into my door. The maintenance crew itself is usually drunk. I've witnessed them drinking themselves into a stupor at 10 AM on any given day of the week. One of them is the creepiest person I have ever seen in my life. The only I've ever seen who could leer at you through sunglasses. As for noise, I got to listen to my upstairs neighbors have sex every morning, who were maintenance crew workers so even though I complained nothing changed, and the neighbor to the side snore every night. The number of stray cats is terrible. And they are continuously breeding and adding to the population. And now there's a serial arsonist who is not just targeting abandoned cars anymore. It's moved onto vacant apts. obviously this time NCH ticked off the wrong person. Not only that but upon move out they charge more than the entire apt is worth siting all sorts of rediculous claims about damage. Stay far away unless you like filing lawsuits.
