Biggest problem is that the windows have no screens - almost impossible to ventilate. I wasn't notified at ahead of time when the apartment went under the water pipe reconstruction or sth DURING SUMMER - couldn't drink nor take shower for 2 days.
Manager and staffs are rude. Too much electricity bills (I never turned heaters on for living room, but still paid about $70.00/month during winter).
I spent almost 2 days to clean my unit (bathroom, kitchen, living room, bed room, refrigerator, even my balcony), but was still charged $200.00 (I was told that they hired a cleaner to work for 5 hours for my unit).
Parking lot is very, very unsafe - my car almost got robbed one day.
It's my 6th year living in Pullman, and NCH was the worst apt ever surely.
