Though I only lived there for 6 months I had the good/bad opportunity of seeing the changing of the managers play out. I found that when the last managers left so did my work requests that I had put in. That being said, the new managers seem to have it more together. For the size of the property they get to things in a timely manner and follow land lord tenant law. They also are eager to help you with problems such as lost master lock key and helping you remove the lock so you can go fishing the next day. Some times things do fall through the cracks which has happen to my girl friend (which lives there too). Overall it is a good place for the price, and if you don't mind the grounds looking like dead weeds. Oh and I have heard that they have a different contract with the snow plow people so it "should" be better next winter.
