Are you kidding me' These apartments suck and the manager is a dragonlady. I was made promises for a move-in date with a floor plan that I wanted, but they showed me an apartment that smelled like dog pee and had holes in the concrete sidewalk outside the second-floor apartment. This was the "only" one they had available. When I turned it down, they won't give me my money back. BEWARE!!!!!!!!!

Many of their apartments reek of pet stains, and they don't really clean them that well. I have noticed that many of the people who worked there when I lived there in 2006-2007, smokes cigarettes so they might not have noticed the smell. And my concrete walkway was starting to slant away from the building and turning to gravel. You could almost see the steel frame underneath. I called the Spokane Management company and they said the on-site manager had already fixed it and there was nothing further they could do about it. You may not have been completely correct when saying it was the "only one" left. It's just the "Only one" that has been inspected by the sheriff after the previous tenant has been evicted for drugs. Once the sheriff checks it off, the management wipes a damp cloth over everything and calls it good. There were a few units like this when I moved in, luckily I didn't want those floor plans anyway.

Well Marisa I'm dragonlady and I guess our memories differ. I believe we did give you your money back, I had other apartments but you decided you didn't want any because they were not the floor plan you wanted. I'm sorry if your recollection of the event holds bad feelings but we can't meets everyone"s needs although I wish we could. As I also recall I was more than willing to go to bat for you on getting your money back.

I have lived at NCH for two years so i have had the chance to see the old and new managmement. If you saw what use to be here you would be glad a dragonlady was here to get rid of all the tweakers grow operations and drug dealers. I use to never want to leave my apartment at night or during the day. I think the new staff here is doing a great job and they work with me very well. I give them Kudos i dont think anyone understands what they have to deal with and fix. No one can do the job they are doing im so glad we have rules here now.This place really use to be a ZOO it was a big playground. Good job staff there is residents here that are super happy with the changes we see.
